Our Commitment to Web Accessibility

Last updated: October 2026

We want people of all abilities to be able to use modernmadrid.homes. This page describes how Modernmadrid Garage Doors works toward that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Aim For

Our aim is to make the site easy for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

What We Do About It

To help, we try to:

• Give every page a clear heading structure
• Add alt text to images that carry meaning
• Pick colors with strong contrast for easier reading
• Allow navigation with a keyboard
• Build layouts that fit any screen size
• Keep the wording short and plain
• Label each form field

Where We May Miss the Mark

Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems when we find them.

Getting Help Another Way

If part of the site is hard for you to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@modernmadrid.homes and we will assist where we can.

Share Your Feedback

Your comments help us do better. Email contact@modernmadrid.homes and tell us:

• Which page or tool gave you trouble
• What you tried and what happened
• Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are able to share it

We will read your note and try to reply within a few business days.

Ongoing Work

We see accessibility as continuing work, and we keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
